Shifts:

Weekday Day Shift: Tuesday � Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Weekday Afternoon Shift: Tuesday � Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Weekend Day Shift: Saturday � Monday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour + $1/hour shift differential

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

What You�ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you�ll be essential to our operations by:
� Following all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan to Zero (PTZ) safety goal
� Safely operating forklifts according to company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures (training and certification provided)
� Moving, loading, and unloading materials accurately and efficiently
� Supporting production by meeting daily targets and assisting site leadership with operational tasks
� Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by practicing �Clean as You Go�
� Performing physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 70 lbs as needed

What We�re Looking For
� Previous forklift experience preferred but not required � we provide training and certification!
� Familiarity with pallet jack operation is essential
� Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
� Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
� High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
� Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
