Purpose of Role
The National EHS&S Manager is critical to supporting our Rehrig family members and community to provide safe and environmentally friendly operations. The role is critical to supporting our Operations teams by creating standardization and supporting implementation of best practices in Operations as it relates to EHS&S. The National EHS&S Manager is critical to identify and assess potential hazards, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, and implement programs to mitigate risks.
Manage National alignment of EHS&S Compliance and best practices across Operations.
Manage EHS&S improvement and growth within Operations.
Create Standardization from a National Level for the EHS&S Management System
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Rehrig Pacific, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 - $100,000.
