What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure all work meets company standards
• Coordinate machine startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
• Assign operators to machines and manage shift coverage, including breaks and rotations
• Monitor production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time
• Support troubleshooting of basic equipment and process issues

Team Coordination

• Act as the point person for operators and floor assistants throughout the shift
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Promote a safe work environment and address issues immediately
• Step in as acting manager when needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Communicate equipment or production concerns quickly and effectively

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of injection molding experience preferred
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 3rd shift and a rotating weekend schedule
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Spanish is a plus
