Are you a reliable, safety-conscious driver who enjoys working independently and being part of a supportive team? We’re looking for Local Route Drivers to deliver, remove, and repair residential trash and recycling containers using our company-supplied vehicle and mobile technology.

With our Vision mobile app, you’ll receive turn-by-turn navigation, complete work orders, and verify services with ease. If you’re ready to hit the road and make a difference in your community, we’d love to meet you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Operate your vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
  • Complete daily work orders using our Vision mobile app.
  • Verify service completion for each job.
  • Follow assigned routes and site-specific procedures.
  • Lift, push, or pull 25–50 lbs as part of your daily routine.
  • Work effectively within a diverse and team-oriented environment.
  • Always prioritize safety by following all company protocols.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of safe commercial driving experience.
  • Previous professional truck driving experience (non-CDL) strongly preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
  • Must meet DOT medical card requirements.
  • Familiarity with local and surrounding areas is a plus.
  • Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
