Purpose of Role
The Quality Assurance Technician maintains quality excellence of our products while working safely with the production and management teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion Safety First – Be an active contributor to our safety culture, following all safety procedures and injury reporting steps.
• Ensure Quality Excellence – Conduct inspections to verify that all products meet dimensional, performance, and cosmetic standards before they leave the plant.
• Perform Quality Checks – Complete 4-hour interval inspections, submit First Part Approvals (FPAs), issue Non-Conformance Paperwork (NCPs), and send daily shift reports.
• Communicate Clearly – Support effective shift changeovers by sharing key quality information with incoming teams.
• Stay Organized – Maintain workstations with PQSs, SOPs/WIs, and quality notes while upholding 5S standards.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with production and management to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Sense of urgency and professionalism with strong attendance and reliability.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
