Join a fast-paced team committed to sustainability and safety. Help sort, process, and prepare recyclable materials for shipment — all while keeping quality and efficiency top of mind.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
• Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Support product reclamation and team operations

What You Bring:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive attitude and team spirit
