Territory Sales Manager – Southeast Region
Purpose of Role
The purpose of this role will be prospecting new and growing existing accounts using a consultative selling approach to deliver added value based on our comprehensive portfolio of supply chain solutions. The Territory Manager (TM) is the direct point of contact with customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. The TM will know their product or solution inside and out and guide their customers through the validation process efficiently and satisfactorily.
What You’ll Do
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for customers in your region. You will:
- Build and grow customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering Rehrig Pacific’s comprehensive portfolio of supply chain solutions.
- Prospect new accounts and expand existing ones using a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- Present compelling, tailored solutions that quantify and demonstrate real business impact.
- Lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and secure long-term commitments with key accounts.
- Manage opportunities through Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools to achieve—and exceed—territory sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers and Customer Service, to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Represent Rehrig Pacific at trade shows and industry events, staying ahead of trends and broadening your expertise.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a passionate sales professional with:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of B2B field sales experience (3+ preferred).
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in MS Office.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships.
- Willingness to travel—50%+ overnight travel is required.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
