Shifts:

Weekday Day Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Weekday Afternoon Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Weekend Day Shift: Saturday – Monday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour + $1/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be essential to our operations by:
• Following all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan to Zero (PTZ) safety goal
• Safely operating forklifts according to company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures (training and certification provided)
• Moving, loading, and unloading materials accurately and efficiently
• Supporting production by meeting daily targets and assisting site leadership with operational tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by practicing “Clean as You Go”
• Performing physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 70 lbs as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required — we provide training and certification!
• Familiarity with pallet jack operation is essential
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
