Petersburg Hiring Event � Pallet Repair Techs, Yard Drivers (CDL), Forklift Operators, Warehouse Supervisor

Location: 25410 Weakley Road, Petersburg, VA 23803

Event Dates/Times: July 28�30, 9:00 AM � 4:00 PM (walk-ins welcome)

Join us for a multi-day hiring event at our Petersburg facility. Meet our team, learn about open roles, and interview onsite. We�re moving quickly and making hiring decisions following the event.

Open Roles:

Pallet Repair Technicians - $18/hour + incentives
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30 PM

Yard Drivers � CDL Required - $27.50/hour
- Tuesday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Forklift Operators - $19/hour
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday - Friday, 3:30PM - 2:00 AM
- Tuesday - Friday 5:00AM - 3:30 PM
- Saturday - Monday, 6:00AM - 6:30PM

Warehouse Supervisor - $26/hour
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM

What You�ll Do (by role)

Pallet Repair Technicians: Inspect, repair, and sort pallets using hand/power tools; meet safety and quality standards.
Yard Drivers (CDL): Safely move trailers and containers in the yard; maintain logs; support shipping/receiving.
Forklift Operators: Load/unload, stage, and move materials; perform equipment checks; follow inventory procedures.
Warehouse Supervisor: Lead shift operations, safety, quality, and team performance; coordinate shipping/receiving and staffing.

What to Bring

Valid ID
Relevant certifications (CDL, forklift)

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Role-specific requirements
Valid CDL Class A License Required for Yard Driver Position
