Talent Acquistion Specialist

Purpose of Role

Deliver end-to-end recruitment and pre-boarding processes to attract and hire qualified talent. Ensure efficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and pre-boarding while fostering diversity and building strong relationships with hiring managers, plant and site leaders, and external partners. Champion exceptional candidate experience and employer branding as a dedicated ambassador of delivering excellence in talent acquisition.


Areas of Accountabilities

Recruitment

  • Post job openings and actively source candidates through diverse channels.
  • Pre-screen applicants and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Sourcing and Talent Pools Development

  • Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical roles by identifying internal talent, engaging with external organizations and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with plant and site leaders to ensure recruitment efforts meet operational needs.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and outreach programs to attract top talent.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience

  • Excel the candidate experience by applying human-centered leadership principles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Track and evaluate the success of recruitment campaigns.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Use insights from data to enhance recruitment practices and optimize candidate experiences.

Pre-boarding

  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-boarding preparations to create a smooth start for new hires.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment and sourcing experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% domestically.
